Cascade/Chipita Park

Looking for a home in the mountains with a quick commute to Colorado Springs?

Most people are surprised when I share how quick and easy the commute is from the Cascade/Chipita area to Colorado Springs. This short drive down the pass can be completed in under 10 minutes.  In 15 minutes you can be in downtown Colorado Springs!  

This area is called the Ute Valley and whether you live on the sunny side or the shady side of the Valley, it's a fantastic place to live! Cascade and later Chipita Park were created as little summer communities and many of the old homes from that era are here.  This gives the area a quaint, summer camp feel with narrow, meandering roads and tall pines. There are waterfalls, hiking trails, the Pikes Peak Highway, The North Pole and so much more.  If you've thought about living in the mountains, closer to the recreation you love to do, think about giving the Ute Valley area a closer look.
